Lockdown 3 is bringing fresh challenges to many of the businesses at Brogdale Farm. A few, such as Scott Anderson Catering, The Courtyard Café, Lush Puppies and Country Practice, are currently unable to operate their businesses as usual.
We wish them well and eagerly look forward to the day they can open their doors again. In the meantime, please do support them if you can by following them on social media and watching out for their latest news.
The orchards, managed by Brogdale Collections, remain open to orchard passholders and provide a great escape for people taking their daily exercise during lockdown. There is also a playground and wildlife garden for the children to enjoy.
You can buy orchard passes via Brogdale Collection’s website www.brogdalecollections.org – prices start from £12. Passes last all year and enable holders to enjoy the beautiful orchards and countryside throughout the seasons.
The orchards are set in big open spaces, making it easy for visitors to socially distance and there is also plenty of safe parking for visitors too.
To adhere to track and trace guidelines, visitors should book a slot to visit the orchards via the website or scan Track & Trace when they arrive.
Mad Cat Brewery remains busy, despite the impact of pubs no longer able to sell take-away beers. Mad Cat’s brand new website shop means customers can order online and then collect from Brogdale Farm or organise a delivery.
Great news that customers can still treat themselves to a pint of delicious, local beer, even if it’s in the comfort of their own home for the time being.
We send our best wishes to visitors to Brogdale Farm, our tenants and their customers. Please keep safe and well and we look forward to welcoming you back soon.
